At Releviaco, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Used or damaged products caused by misuse
  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons) if opened or used

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your claim, include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

We will offer:

  • A replacement at no cost, or
  • A full refund, depending on the case

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)
  3. Contact your bank

If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
